Shipping & Returns
At Brownie Heaven we take great care in delivering your products to you. We have partnered with Blue Dart to deliver our brownies across India. Shipping charges and GST are inclusive of our product price and we don’t charge anything extra or beyond the price mentioned. We do not offer Cash on Delivery and all orders are pre-paid. Orders are shipped within 24 - 72 hours. An email will be sent with tracking details once your order is shipped.
In the event something goes wrong, here is our return policy: We require a receipt or proof of purchase and an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the damaged/wrong product. We will then confirm if your pin code is valid for a return (reverse) pick up, following which we will let you know that a pick up will be arranged from our side. In case your pin code does not allow for the return pick up, you will need to return the product to us at your own cost. After receiving the item we will go through the necessary quality checks and we shall initiate the replacement once the return is inspected. For all exchanges, we are only able to send out our replacement products to you once the returned products have reached our warehouse.
We will be able to accept order changes or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment has been dispatched from our side.
